Success evaluation

The review will identify the risks associated with the programme and highlight the critical risks.
Recommendations
The review will contain the recommendations to improve results, mitigate risks and manage costs that can be identified during the review, and will indicate the areas where more in-depth analysis is likely to uncover further opportunities for improvement.
Typically the person accountable for the benefits realization of the programme, such as the sponsor or business owner, would commission the review. This could, however, differ from case to case.
